Poor Man's Auto-calibrator |

Abstract: |
A general purpose and simple “one-way” closed loop control system is presented here to auto-trim any circuit that would normally require a potentiometer, or sorted precision resistors. It can be used any place a trim operation is required. An example circuit is presented that automatically compensates for and calibrates out errors due to input bias current, input offset current, and input offset voltage in a simple inverting amplifier configuration. |
