Abstract: |
A thermistor based temperature monitor / controller usually has to be custom designed just for one family of thermistors and then over a small operating range. Expensive and temperature stable components are always required. For extra precision and better calibration, trim potentiometers and software changes are required.
By using the Rejustor with low cost instrumentation amplifiers, and programmable voltage references. We are able to support at least three families of thermistors, reduce inventory combinations from 12-18 build kits to a single production package, including precision calibrated systems. Configured as product is shipped. Reducing inventory, assembly errors, and production costs.
